Getaya is an independent editorial site with one job: checking the names people search for and writing down only what can be verified.
Why this site exists
For thousands of searches — small websites, unfamiliar brands, obscure phrases — every result on the first page is an article written to rank rather than to inform. These articles routinely contradict each other, invent products, and describe sites their authors never looked at. Getaya publishes the other kind of page: one where every claim is checked first, sources are named, and the checks that came back empty are reported as plainly as the ones that did not.
How we work
Every guide follows the same method, published in full in our guide to checking whether a website is legit: domain records, the site’s own pages, independent coverage graded by source quality, archive history, and identity verification. We state what we verified and how. When something cannot be confirmed, we say so instead of guessing. We never describe a product we have not seen.
What we do not do
No signup walls, no email gates, no sponsored placements presented as editorial. We do not accept payment to publish, alter, or remove a check. All content is published by Getaya Editorial.
Corrections and right of reply
If you operate a site we have covered and believe a factual claim is wrong, or your circumstances have changed, write to editorial@getaya.io with the specifics and any supporting evidence. Verified corrections are made promptly and noted on the page. This is a standing offer on every check we publish.
